Meet Kelbe

Hey there!

I'm Kelbe McGill, a passionate entrepreneur and mental health advocate with a knack for making meaningful connections and helping others achieve their goals. With a Master's degree in Social Work from Wichita State University, my education equipped me with a broad set of skills that I apply across individuals, groups, businesses, and communities.

My entrepreneurial journey began while I was a key contributor to my husband's residential and commercial building and remodeling company. Inspired by the success and the desire to combine my extensive business experience with my love for mental wellness, I launched my own venture. Today, I provide coaching for small businesses, offer education on various mental health topics, and engage in public speaking.

I'm proud to share that my businesses have won multiple Community Choice awards. I'm a devoted parent to two adult children, a loving wife to my partner of nearly 20 years, and a travel enthusiast who loves exploring new places. Additionally, I'm a certified open water diver, an avid reader, and someone who has learned invaluable lessons about resilience and perseverance.

My clients include the Small Business Administration, where I provide business coaching services, and the Reno County Education Cooperative, where I train and support school-based teams. I'm also on the path to becoming a master trainer for the state of Kansas through an agreement with the Foundation Trust & Complex Trauma Training Consortium in Boston, Massachusetts.

Whether it's through coaching, training, or speaking, I strive to make a positive impact on every person and organization I work with.
